What’s your worst ever regret?

Some people say they live without regrets!

Really…how does that work?
Realistically, regret is a natural byproduct of life. If you’ve been dating long enough, it’s likely you’ve had a couple  “Oh, I wish I hadn’t done that” moments.

For instance,  you made out with him too soon or  you confided in her, something you feel awkward about or you said something to someone that felt yucky thinking about later.

Well, as much as we all have those  moments when we regret something we’ve done or said, it’s not enough to weigh us down…. Well, except it’s murder. In that case,  there would be certain things you would need to do to get it off your chest.
Other than that, other minor regrets can be contained by just laughing it off.

Don’t let it prevent you from doing the things that could make you happy or change your life for the positive…
Think of it as often as you can and laugh it off just as often. Share it with a friend or two… It’ll help you get over it
